Refund policy

Cancellation & Returns

This policy applies to bracelets purchased from Forgd online.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Email info@forgdjewellery.com as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Changes may not be possible once it has been dispatched, but your cancellation and return rights below still apply.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You can cancel your online purchase without giving a reason, from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive it. If items from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To cancel, email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information to identify your order. No special form or prior approval is required.

Send your items back without undue delay and within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. Email us for the return address and instructions, and retain proof of posting.

You may inspect and try on your bracelet as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. Where this cost was not disclosed before purchase, we will cover it.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned items or, if earlier, evidence that you sent them back. If an order has not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. When you cancel your whole order, we also refund standard outbound delivery charges. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Email info@forgdjewellery.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Images of the problem can help us investigate.

Your statutory rights may include a refund, repair or replacement. UK customers normally have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a refund, and further statutory rights continue after that period. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
